Main Job Functions
* Estimate arrival time at customer site based on job instructions, including location, machine, contact, and problem details.
* Communicate with customer site management to register arrival and ensure adherence to site procedures.
* Diagnose equipment problems in consultation with operators/supervisors using specialized equipment, providing detailed information for quotes.
* Identify parts needed, requisition them, and coordinate delivery and scheduling of service visits.
* Perform repair and service work according to plan, including component removal, despatch for specialist attention, and reinstallation.

Education and Experience
* Experience with field diagnosis tools and equipment
