Site Manager
Outside IR35
12 month initial contract

Essential skillset
3-5+ years' construction site management experience (MEP / mechanical preferred)
Experience working on fire protection / sprinkler or building services projects
Strong understanding of health & safety (EHS / HSE) on active construction sites
Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and site productivity
Experience delivering quality inspections, snagging and reporting
Desirable experience
Pharmaceutical / clean room / industrial project experience
Commissioning exposure (fire systems, sprinklers, pumps, alarms)
Experience producing site reports, test packs or redline drawings
