PE Global are recruiting for an
Executive Assistant
for our pharmaceutical client based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath This is an initial 11-month contract role, hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
* Proactively managing a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, ensuring priorities are met and conflicts are resolved efficiently
* Providing administrative support to the wider team, including ordering stationery and office supplies
* Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting logistics
* Organising offsite meetings and events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, catering, and materials
* Managing purchasing and general administrative requirements
* Raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company processes
* Acting as a key point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
* Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the executive and business needs
Education & Experience
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
* 8–10 years' experience working in an Executive Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role at senior/executive level
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
