About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new customers. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through to proposal, tender response and close. You will collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing and service teams to build compelling solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Owning and managing a new business sales pipeline from lead to close.
* Identifying and pursuing opportunities across target verticals and geographies.
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads with speed and rigour.
* Responding to RFPs and public/private sector tenders in collaboration with bid teams.
* Coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver strong proposals and timely responses.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Key Requirements
* 35 years of B2B sales experience ideally in a new business or full-cycle sales role.
* Experience selling IT Managed Services cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity solutions.
* Familiarity with Microsoft stack Microsoft 365 Azure Windows Server.
* Strong experience managing a sales pipeline using a modern CRM platform.
* Proven success managing and responding to tenders and RFPs.
* Highly organised self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
* Excellent communication presentation and consultative selling skills.
* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events primarily within Ireland.
