We are currently seeking a front office receptionist and admin assistant for our busy farm office. This is a part time role with approx. 20 hours per week - morning shift. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers/suppliers on our farm and will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties which include: Answering the phone and emails. Dealing with customer orders and queries. Dealing with staff enquiries and HR admin. Scanning/ Typing letters Quality Systems administration. Skills required: Must be professional with great communications skills. Must be super organised, flexible and have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work. Loves a challenge and wants a varied role that will build overall office skills. Pay: €17 per hour Work days Tues - Friday 9-1.30pm. Work Location: In person Must have previous experience in an office and own transport. Must be eligible to work in Ireland. Start asap. Closing date for applications 20th April.
