Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Backend Fabrication Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process and equipment control, toolset qualification, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive continuous improvement for existing volume manufacturing processes, layers & tools
* Work with equipment and manufacturing groups to achieve this
* Determine root cause analysis of yield issues, excursions, equipment downs and implement corrective actions & robust solutions to improve the process
* Develop new wafer level capabilities in collaboration with development groups and other disciplines within the company
* Establish clear standards for methods of equipment and/or process work amongst shift personnel and engineers
* Periodically review key metrics associated with Safety, Quality, Output and Value for Money on equipment and processes for an area and drive associated initiatives
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology changes/equipment platform changes and developments within an area
* Responsible for the safe practices across toolsets
* Represent the company at business and technical conferences
Requirements:
* Degree in Applied Physics /Electronics/Material's/Chemistry or relevant discipline
* Direct experience in one or more of the following: Etch, Lithography, Deposition, Epitaxial growth, Wet Chemistry processing, Ion Implantation, Diffusion etc
* At least 3 years' experience in a hands-on processing engineering role
* Excellent technical problem solving & multi-tasking skills
* Good communication and interaction skills
* Data driven and ability to apply science theory and engineering concepts
* Self-directing, self-motivated and ability to work in a dynamic environment
