We are seeking a Production Operations Manager to join our experienced production team in Wexford. This is a full-time permanent role on site, with the ideal candidate having 5+ years of supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise employees within the Production Department, providing guidance, training and coaching to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety, ensuring direct reports are trained accordingly.
* E nsure production adheres to GMP regulations, participating in audits and inspections as necessary.
This role requires effective management of employee relations issues within the department. You will work closely with senior managers to resolve conflicts fairly and consistently. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compliance with quality control procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
