We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual with strong empathy and understanding to manage staff rosters and scheduling of client shifts as part of our On Call Care Coordinator team.
The successful candidate must possess excellent organisation skills, be a team player and have a passion for making a difference and quality care.
* Experience in a similar role and a background in care is desirable.
* Previous on call experience is also essential.
* Familiarity with rostering/monitoring systems would be beneficial.
* An open approach to problem solving is required.
* The ability to work independently is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills are necessary.
* A high level of efficiency and energy is required.
* Basic IT literacy is expected.
* Excellent communication skills are essential.
* The ability to work well within a team and on own initiative is necessary.
