Role Summary
We are seeking a Civil Technician to support residential projects.
The role involves technical design support, drawings, and coordination with clients and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare civil drawings and technical documentation
Assist with residential developments and utility works
Liaise with Uisce Éireann and local authorities
Support project managers with design coordination and reporting
Requirements
Civil Engineering Technician qualification
Experience on residential and utility projects
Working knowledge of Uisce Éireann standards and procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable
Previous consultancy or project management experience
