Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, analyzing performance data, and supporting client projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for marketing and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
* Manage content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
* Optimize and update websites, landing pages, and SEO performance.
* Support client accounts with campaign execution, reporting, and insights.
* Coordinate events, promotions, and sponsorships as required.
* Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
* Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategies.
* Collaborate with design, sales, and account management teams.
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
* Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
* Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.

Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not essential if experience is strong).
* 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
* Demonstrated experience in digital marketing campaigns.
* Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) desirable but not required.
* Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is an advantage.

Pay: €13.50-€15.00 per hour
