As our studio continues to expand, we're hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive to take ownership of our marketing operations and sales pipeline, building visibility, driving leads, and helping us convert opportunities into lasting client partnerships.
The Role: Marketing & Sales Executive
We're looking for a results-driven, digitally savvy marketer with a blend of creative and commercial skills. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and content, perfect for someone who enjoys strategy as much as execution.
You'll manage our CRM, email marketing, and HubSpot pipeline, while developing campaigns that showcase our work, engage our audience, and generate new leads. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in growing the Hedgehogs Vs Foxes brand and client base.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
* Plan, create, and schedule content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
* Write and design monthly newsletters and client communications.
* Collaborate with the creative team to produce behind-the-scenes and campaign showcase content.
* Maintain and update website content, blogs, and case studies.
* Use analytics tools to track performance, optimise content, and report on ROI.
CRM & Sales
* Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, accurate deal tracking, and strong pipeline visibility.
* Build and monitor the sales pipeline, assisting in lead qualification, proposal follow-ups, and campaign outreach.
* Create automated workflows for email nurturing and client engagement.
* Work with the Founder to prepare and send proposals, manage client touchpoints, and support conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor and report on key metrics: engagement, conversion rates, website traffic, and sales performance.
* Use data insights to refine campaigns and optimise outreach strategies.
Who We're Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development (agency or creative industry experience ideal).
* Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, and digital analytics.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, email automation, and pipelines).
* Experience with newsletter creation, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
* Confident writing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand voice.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Bonus Points For
* Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Understanding of paid advertising (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn).
* Interest in creative industries, film production, or digital storytelling.
