Project Manager Role
A successful Project Manager is responsible for assisting with the tendering process, cost estimation, and procurement planning. They also plan, schedule, and coordinate all works on site, including labor and equipment.
 * Assist with tender evaluation and cost estimation to ensure accurate project pricing.
 * Plan, schedule, and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
 * Oversee quality control and health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
 * Monitor and control expenditure, and finalize project accounts in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, mechanical, electrical, building services, or similar fields. Experience in pharma or data centers is beneficial. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
