Job Description
Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an F&B Operations Manager on behalf of our client, aluxury resort in County Wicklow.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-end environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the resort
Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and front-line teams
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered
Drive revenue growth through effective cost control, upselling, and operational efficiency
Manage labour costs, staffing levels, and departmental budgets
Maintain compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team
Support the delivery of weddings, conferences, and large-scale events
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements
Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment preferred
Strong operational and financial management skills
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hospitality periods
Relevant hospitality qualification is desirable
