Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or engineering discipline.
* Minimum 3 years experience in customer-related roles.
* Prior experience in the Aviation MRO industry is advantageous.
* Exceptional service orientation and customer focus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid proficiency in MS Office/Teams and ERP Systems.
* Good knowledge of internal processes and relationships.
* Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities.
* Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
* Ability to make decisions and work systematically.
* Will to travel domestically and internationally.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
