Customer Service Administrator (Remote – Republic of Ireland)
Balens B.V. is a specialist insurance intermediary, part of a long-established family business, supporting health and wellbeing professionals across the UK, Netherlands and Ireland.
We're looking for a
Customer Service Administrator
to remotely manage and service our
Irish client portfolio
. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling emails and calls, resolving queries where possible and working closely with senior account handlers on more complex matters.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for Irish clients
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Resolving day-to-day queries and escalating when needed
* Building strong, trusted client relationships
What we're looking for
* Insurance experience or qualification
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently in a remote role
* Confident using MS Office and other IT systems
