Role Overview:
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will focus on promoting recovery, independence, and social inclusion through meaningful occupation.
Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:
* Assess occupational performance and develop client-centered intervention plans
* Deliver individual and group-based therapy programmes
* Collaborate closely with MDT colleagues, families, and community supports
* Contribute to the development of service initiatives and promote best practice
Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
* CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience or strong interest in adult mental health (placement experience considered)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
