The Sample Receipt Coordinator is a critical position in ensuring we get the right information and samples into the laboratory. This person will ensure accuracy when receiving and inputting data into our various management systems and report issues with samples to the relevant person. They will ensure all activities are carried out in line with company’s stringent health, safety and quality policies.Key ResponsibilitiesInput samples onto the relevant system using information provided by the customer (submission files, sample sheets etc.)Validate received samples against previously uploaded informationReport issues with samples in a timely manner to line managerRun reports on samples to keep KPI reporting up to dateMaintain an organised and efficient workflowSuggest improvements to workflowWork in a safe mannerWork within quality guidelines outlined in documented proceduresHourly Rate: €15.10 per hour / 35 hour weekExpertiseIdeally experience with various types of samples containing genetic materialStrong IT skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics)Excellent attention to detailGood time managementExcellent organisational skillsGood communication skillsAll of these roles are for July starts and expected 3 to 6 month duration.
