We have an exciting opportunity for a HV Estimating Administrator to join our team in Waterford.
The HV Estimating Administrator is responsible for a wide range of administration duties within the HV Estimating Department, as well as assisting in quantity surveying and supporting the department Estimators.

What You Will Be Doing
* Inputting estimating data into the in-house software system.
* Sending out and responding to tender enquiries.
* Issuing suppliers and subcontractors with required information for quotations.
* Printing and filing tender documents.
* Managing all department documents and paperwork.
* Compiling and maintaining estimating spreadsheets.
* Assist with the maintenance of the estimating and buying database.
* Responsible for uploading Tenders and Post Tender Clarifications to client portals.
* Following up internally on open items required for tender submission.
* Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

* Proven administrative experience.
* Experience in Estimating would be an advantage but not necessary.
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Confidentiality is essential.
* Good communication skills are essential.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
* Ability to multi-task essential (required to work on various projects at the same time).
* Organisational skills.
* PC Skills: IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Word. Experience in basic database packages would be an advantage.
