We are currently recruiting a Facilities Manager to join our team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all maintenance activities across guest rooms, public areas, plant rooms, and hotel systems.
* Manage PPM schedules, repairs, HVAC, BMS operations, and emergency systems.
* Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety, fire, hygiene, and legal standards.
* Support sustainability and CSR initiatives across the resort.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the Facilities team while promoting Accor's Heartist culture.
* Monitor utilities, maintain logs, manage stock levels, and support budget control.
* Deliver a safe, efficient, and exceptional environment for guests and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in facilities/engineering management-hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
* Technical Qualification, Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work flexibly in a 7-day operational environment.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
