What Will You Be Doing:
* Providing a friendly & professional service in The Brehon Bar
* Serving our guests to the high standards expected
* To have a clear understanding of the menu
* To ensure guests needs and expectations are met
* To communicate and co-operate with the kitchen team to assist in the smooth running of service
* To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel
What The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* Excellent Customer care skills
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good command of both spoken and written English
* Previous Hotel experience in a 3 or 4* property would be an advantage
