Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified Paid Social campaigns from implementation to optimisation, ensuring it delivers to time, budget & quality standards
* Work on campaigns across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
* Management of campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments
* Meeting & exceeding specific performance KPI’s on a client-by-client basis
* Collaborate closely with creative and client services teams to ensure alignment between media strategy and creative assets
* Stay ahead of emerging social trends and platform updates to advise clients proactively
* Adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Paid Social activities and spot improvement opportunities
* Actively contribute to account strategy, including annual budget development, KPIs, platform selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments
* Primary contact for social media billings process in partnership with client services and digital platforms team
* Draft holistic reports by analysing and interpreting data from all social channels and Google Analytics
* Assist and train junior members of the team
* Attend clients call and be comfortable speaking to an audience.
Experience Required
* 2+ years’ experience specialising in paid social, ideally within an agency environment
* Hands on experience managing all major social platforms is essential
* Strong understanding of attribution models and cross-channel measurement
* Familiarity with paid social compliance and brand safety standards
* Be familiar with conversion tracking on the major social platforms
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
* Experience managing budgets and understanding how best to optimise them
* Knowledge of Buyer Workflow is a plus
* Must be able to communicate well, interpret data to the client and manage their expectations on targets & results
* Excellent knowledge of industry tools and latest technologies
* Good numeracy skills with strong knowledge/experience of MS Excel
* Passion for, and a wide understanding of, all aspects of digital media
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
