Accounts Technician Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, technical expertise, and effective communication skills to work independently or as part of a team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of working papers and financial statements in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
* Management accounts for clients - quarterly and six-monthly reports.
* Completion and filing of VAT returns, Vat RTD and RCT Returns.
* Drafting year-end files and ensuring their accuracy.
* Providing excellent client service and managing queries efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting practices.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting software and systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently or as part of a team.
