We are currently hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager – ICU for our hospital in Dublin, Ireland .
Responsibilities Act as the stand-in for the CNM2/Clinical Coordinator during their absence.
Actively report incidents and promote a culture of quality and safety through incident reporting.
Identify potential electrical, chemical, and transport hazards within the department and take appropriate preventative action.
Monitor the safe maintenance of equipment and report any issues to the Clinical Coordinator or designated staff member.
Participate actively in the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation process.
Support hospital preparations for the JCI survey .
Serve as a senior nursing resource within the Intensive Care Unit.
Promote effective interprofessional collaboration to enhance staff training, support, and delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements The importance of NMBI Registered General Nurse Registration A bachelor's degree in nursing is a necessary postgraduate credential in critical care and is preferred.
