The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day HR activity across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on recruitment. A strong volume of recruitment is anticipated during the contract period, with approval expected for between 20 and 25 new roles - so this suits someone who is equally comfortable in a generalist HR seat as they are running a busy hiring desk.
