Own end-to-end contract management, from procurement and tender analysis through to final account agreement.
Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, securing favourable terms and protecting the company's interests.
Proactively manage risk identification and mitigation, handling claims, variations, and dispute resolution with a strategic approach.
Provide accurate cost control and financial reporting, ensuring strict budgetary compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure 100% adherence to Irish construction law and relevant contract forms (RIAI, NEC, FIDIC).
Mentor and guide the commercial team, providing expert commercial advice to senior management.
What You Bring to the Project: We are seeking a communicative leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
A minimum of 10+ years' experience in a Senior Contracts Manager or Senior Commercial Manager role.
A demonstrable history of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects in Ireland (€50m+ value), with specific experience in hotel construction, aparthotels, or high-end residential being highly desirable.
Expert-level knowledge of standard Irish construction contracts (e.g., RIAI, Public Works, NEC Suite).
A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or a related field.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, financial management, and risk analysis.
