About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
B2B Marketing Manager
to drive our business growth and brand visibility in the Irish and wider European markets. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that engage business audiences, strengthen customer relationships, and support long-term revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies to attract and retain business clients.
* Plan and manage lead generation campaigns, content marketing, and digital outreach activities.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and target audience strategies.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
* Oversee marketing materials, brand messaging, and event participation.
* Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and industry networks.
* Manage budgets and ensure all marketing activities deliver measurable ROI.
* Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
* 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, finance, or services sectors.
* Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based marketing, and lead nurturing.
* Proven track record in campaign management and digital marketing analytics.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
* Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Google Analytics.
* Strong command of English; other European languages are a plus.
