E-Commerce Lead | Drive Growth & Digital Excellence (Ireland)
We're looking for an experienced
E-Commerce Lead
to take full ownership of our online sales channel and play a key role in driving digital growth across the business.
In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering our e-commerce strategy, growing online revenue, and ensuring customers enjoy a seamless, best-in-class digital experience. Working closely with category managers and cross-functional teams, you'll bring together a broad portfolio of products and services into a unified, high-performing online offering.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve business objectives across B2B customer segments
* Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to deliver a smooth and consistent end-to-end online journey
* Identify opportunities to grow, optimise, and enhance e-commerce performance
* Support the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
* Analyse sales data and customer insights to improve user experience and increase conversion rates
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
* Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on performance and progress
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience driving e-commerce sales in a B2B environment
* A third-level qualification in business, marketing, or digital marketing (postgraduate qualification desirable)
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
* Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
