We are currently hiring a Duty Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established hospitality business located in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual with prior supervisory or managerial experience in the hospitality sector to take on a dynamic and hands-on role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the premises Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Supervise, support, and motivate team members across departments (reception, F&B, housekeeping, etc.) Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner Oversee compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and company policies Support the General Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Manage cash handling, shift reports, and staff rosters Ensure smooth handovers between shifts Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or duty management role in hospitality Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Salary: Competitive, based on experience
