We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join Apleona team on a full-time basis
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the operations team with planning and scheduling jobs and projects, ensuring all resources are in place.
* Prepare and maintain job schedules, updating teams on progress as needed.
* Ensure that reports and updates are sent to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain digital copy records of all logs, reports, and other relevant documentation for easy access and reference.
* Assist with the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial paperwork when required.
* Schedule and organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, or client visits
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar operations or administrative support role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with invoicing, reporting and record-keeping.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
* Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
