Building a sustainable tomorrowA unique opportunity has arisen in our Kill Head Office in Kildare for a Senior Visualisation Designer to join a leading digital‑first contractor at the forefront of 3D visualisation and animation. We are looking for a talented high-end visualisation designer who can transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that influence decision‑making at the highest level.In this role, you will storyboard and visualise structures during pre‑construction, creating high‑quality, cinematic animations that clearly communicate design intent, construction methodology and project vision. You'll play a crucial part in shaping how clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams understand and engage with our projects.You will bring a strong technical understanding of building technology, construction sequencing, and digital modelling, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. They will contribute to the successful delivery of Digital Engineering tasks for both tendering and live projects.Work closely with the work winning teams to add value to tender submissions through digital engineering solutions.Maintain high safety and environmental standards in accordance with company policies and report any inadequacies.Assist in deploying new technologies that can improve business outcomes.Contribute to the delivery of digital engineering solutions on both work-winning projects and live projects.Support with ongoing promotion of the DPS Project Delivery and Digital Engineering COE capabilities.Ensure that the models are suitable for achieving the goals, objectives and targets described in the BIM Execution Plan or Project requirements.Generate the digital engineering output in accordance with the project's methods and procedures.Share knowledge and solutions related to technical workflows with co-modelers.Capture best practices, workflows, lessons learned and communicate it within the project and wider team.Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders including supply chain regarding the requirements of the Digital engineering output.Contribute to best practice guidance in the DPS Centres of Excellence (COEs).Deliver to a high standard in accordance with the agreed project scope.What do you bring to the role?Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging work goals.Effective communication skills (written and verbal).Technical education or 3 years' experience in Construction or related field.3 years' experience working on construction projects in digital domain.Knowledge of BIM coordination process is beneficial but not mandatory.Be a role model/ambassador in the use of digital technologies/tools and keep abreast of technological advances by monitoring industry developments.Must hold a proficient level of technical competency relating to construction project technology focused specifically on one or more of the below:2D/3D Information Production2D/3D Information CoordinationVisualisationPlanning & SchedulingCommercialBIM for SustainabilityBIM for FM Operations (digital twins & AIMs)MMC and DFMAAbout BAMBuilding a sustainable tomorrow.
