Scientific Technical Liaison
The role of Scientific Technical Liaison involves conducting internal projects, investigations, and providing technical support with independent judgment and minimal oversight.
* Project Management: Execute internal projects and technical support activities autonomously.
* Product and Process Improvements: Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical and reportable complaints, support ticket trending processes, and maintain Quality Records.
* Design Control and Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management files under guidance.
* Knowledge Sharing: Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups, sharing expertise and knowledge within the workgroup.
* Strategic Orientation: Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting product availability and enhancements.
* Complaint Investigations: Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations, provide audit inputs, and necessary support.
