Overview
This position is ideal for an Architect with 5–10 years of experience who is looking to take the lead on projects while still collaborating closely within a wider team. You will have the opportunity to work on both large and small-scale projects, delivering high-quality design and technical documentation from feasibility through to construction.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage commercial, retail, and residential projects across multiple stages
* Oversee feasibility, planning, and tender documentation
* Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR
* Contribute to concept and detailed design development
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure high standards of delivery
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Skills and Experience
* RI AI Registered Architect
* 5–10 years of post-qualification experience
* Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR compliance
* Experience managing projects through feasibility, planning, and construction stages
* Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit and comfortable working within a BIM environment
* Experience in both residential and commercial sectors
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
