Overview
This position is ideal for an Architect with 5–10 years of experience who is looking to take the lead on projects while still collaborating closely within a wider team.
You will have the opportunity to work on both large and small-scale projects, delivering high-quality design and technical documentation from feasibility through to construction.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial, retail, and residential projects across multiple stages
Oversee feasibility, planning, and tender documentation
Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR
Contribute to concept and detailed design development
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure high standards of delivery
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Skills and Experience
RI AI Registered Architect
5–10 years of post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR compliance
Experience managing projects through feasibility, planning, and construction stages
Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit and comfortable working within a BIM environment
Experience in both residential and commercial sectors
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
