About the Role: As a Commercial Spirits Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic portfolio of On-Trade accounts within a designated geographical area. Your mission is to execute the On-Trade brand building plan and activation program, incorporating initiatives like Perfect Serve, Sampling, Tailored Competitions, and Menu Presence.
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures: Independently manage a core set of accounts within a territory to meet Key Performance Indicators, including Daily Call-Rate, Distribution Growth, Rate of Sale Growth, and Volume Targets. Conduct brand training modules for trade professionals, utilizing Brand Managers and Sales Managers when necessary. Record relevant outlet information through provided technology to track activation and deliver presentations.

Your Profile: To succeed in this role, you will require 2 years full, clean driving license, and 0-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with a distinct advantage if experienced in alcohol sales. You should have a comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of brand building, with a proven ability to execute commercial strategies.
