Our client, a mid sized, international Law Firm located in Dublin 2 is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Employment team.
Our client is also open to candidates with up to 12 months' PQE (0-1 years).

Candidates will handle matters in the following areas:
Generalemployment–daytodayqueriese.g.
disciplinariesandgrievances,contractsandpolicies,flexibleworking,maternityrights,discriminationandsupportonlargerprojectssuchasrestructuresandredundancies.
Employmentlitigation–defendingWorkplaceRelationsCommissionclaimsmadeagainstemployers(e.g.unfairdismissaldiscrimination,whistleblowing,equalpay),bringinghighvalueclaimsonbehalfofindividualsandsupportingwithdisputeresolutionthroughmediation/arbitration.
HighCourtlitigation–restrictivecovenantlitigation,teammoves,obtaining/resisting/enforcinginjunctions,claimsrelatingtomisuseofconfidentialinformation
TradeUnions/Collective–advisingemployersonallaspectsofindustrialaction,collectiveconsultation,unionrecognitionandworkscouncils.
Transactionalsupport–supportingontheemploymentaspects(includingduediligenceandTUPE)ofM&A,divestmentsandoutsourcings.
Atypicalworking–advisingonareassuchasagencyworkers,employmentstatus,apprenticeships,thegigeconomy.
Globalmobility–supportingemployerswiththerelocationofemployeesforlongtermperiods(coveringemployment,immigrationandtaxissues).
Health&Safety–implementingpolicies,conductingriskassessmentsandadvisingemployersontheirlegalobligations.
SeniorExecutives–highvaluelitigation,bonus/breachofcontractclaimsandadvicerelatingtoentering/exitingbusinesses.
