Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee and direct all technical and maintenance activities in support of production.
* Liaise with the technical team to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks, equipment calibrations, and downtime resolution.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure equipment and maintenance efficiency.
This role requires a strong background in engineering, leadership, and project management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
