Americold is implementing Oracle Cloud for all European countries where we operate in. During the implementation, which is expected to go live on 1 October 2026, we are looking for an all-round Senior Financial Accountant on a FTC who will support the finance teams of United Kingdom and Ireland during the implementation. Our ideal candidate has profound knowledge of financial systems and processes. We are specifically looking for a person with all-round experience within different finance departments, as you will be supporting both the accounting department during this temporary assignment, which is expected to end on 31 December2026.
Key Responsibilities
The role has been created to support the current finance teams while they work on both the Oracle implementation and normal routines. Therefore the tasks will vary amongst these activities:
Month end close activities
Planning and forecasting activities
Audit support
Support on SOX controls
Tax compliance
Balance sheet reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Fixed Asset reconciliations
Clean up activities of master data, general ledger
Support with head office requests
Key Qualifications
Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Extensive experience in different finance departments and roles
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.

SAP
SAGE
Microsoft Excel
Oracle Cloud, is a big plus
