As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our retail business.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a district, overseeing line managers and ensuring a positive work environment. You will also develop and coach store managers within your district, analyzing and optimizing stock movements to maximize efficiency.
You will be responsible for completing regular cash management checks, supporting projects through analysis and provision of feedback, and overseeing store refurbishments and new openings. Additionally, you will create and implement annual business plans for your district, planning KPIs and store staffing structures, and supporting the implementation of company strategy.

Responsibilities
* Manage a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers
* Ensure a positive and motivated work environment and smooth collaboration

Requirements
* A minimum of a 2.1 degree or 3+ years of management experience
* Excellent communication, planning, organization, and analytical skills
* A full driving license (required)
* Organized, flexible, motivated, and hard-working leader
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
* Strong interest in developing a career in retail

* €84,500 rising to €114,000 after 3 years
