Were working with our Client, A Mid-Sized Law Firm in Dublin 2, to recruit a Legal Executive join the Debt Recovery Department.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to the right candidate to work with a busy and approachable team and will play a key role in managing a portfolio of cases, supporting solicitors.

Salary: to €45k DOE Benefits: Pension, Wellness Programme, Hybrid Working, Bike to Work scheme, Travel Tax incentive.
Overall Package: to €55k The Role: Manage a portfolio of debt recovery cases.
Draft, review, and file correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and enforcement applications.
Liaise effectively with clients, debtors, third-party agents (including debt collection agencies), and external counsel.
Prepare and manage all court documentation for District, Circuit, and High Court proceedings.
Monitor key deadlines and maintain accurate, up-to-date case management records.
Provide support to Solicitors during hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical obligations, including Central Bank and Data Protection requirements.
Track enforcement outcomes and deliver clear, timely reports on case progress and recovery performance.
The Candidate: A minimum of 2 years experience working ideally within the area of Debt Recovery.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office with ability to deliver high quality, accurate work.
Strong working knowledge of Irish civil procedure and enforcement mechanisms (e.g. judgment mortgages, instalment orders, sheriff enforcement).
Experience in case management systems and legal documentation preparation.
A high level of integrity, discretion, and trust with confidential information.
Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
