My client is seeking a
hands‑on, data‑driven International Growth Marketing Manager
to drive acquisition across key markets:
France, Germany, UK, Ireland, and India
. This role is ideal for a marketer with
strong performance marketing experience
,
multi‑channel execution skills
, and a proven ability to
localise campaigns for France and other international markets
.
If you excel at building, launching, and optimising digital campaigns — and you've worked in
fast‑paced, matrixed environments (ideally big tech)
— this role offers the opportunity to shape international growth strategy from Dublin.
The role:
You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, including:
* Planning, launching, and optimising acquisition campaigns across
Email, Website, LinkedIn Ads, and Paid Media
* Building
full‑funnel strategies
that drive measurable growth
* Localising global campaigns for
France
and other core markets (translation workflows, cultural adaptation, messaging nuance)
* Partnering with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, market‑relevant content
* Tracking KPIs, analysing performance, and generating actionable insights
* Running
A/B tests
and supporting web optimisation initiatives
* Presenting findings to cross‑functional teams and influencing decisions
* Managing agency relationships to ensure flawless execution
The profile
We're looking for someone with:
* 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience
* Proven ability to run and optimise
multi‑channel acquisition campaigns
* Localisation experience for France
(French fluency preferred; native not required)
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
* Experience with tools such as
GA, LinkedIn Ads, CRM/email platforms
, or similar
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in
big tech or highly matrixed environments
* Based in Dublin or willing to work hybrid from Dublin
