Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
1. Meet and greet all guests of The K Club in a friendly and courteous manner from their first moment of arrival in the front car park and throughout their entire visit.
2. Assist guests with transport, luggage, restaurant bookings (on and offsite), local area recommendations, and other reasonable requests in a courteous manner.
3. Read all daily reports, including event lists and arrival/departure schedules, to gain basic knowledge of all guests and their requirements.
4. Ensure all luggage is tagged immediately upon entry, and liaise with the reception team to place luggage in the correct rooms promptly.
5. Room guests and provide a full orientation of hotel amenities, followed by immediate luggage delivery.
6. Promote a positive working atmosphere at all times.
7. Participate fully in training provided by the company.
How we see you:
1. Previous experience in a similar hotel role.
2. Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
3. Fluency in English, both oral and written.
4. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility in working hours.
