Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Internal Site Manager to manage a Life Sciences fit-out project in Limerick.

The Role | Site Manager (Fit-Out)
You will take full responsibility for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring deliveryon time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full management of all fit-out
2. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations
4. Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation
5. Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management
What You'll Need to Succeed:
6. 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects
7. Strong fitout experience
8. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
9. Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
