About the Role
The Asset Delivery function within our organisation is responsible for end-to-end planning, designing and delivery of their portfolio of asset development programmes.
* Manage and progress cost and variation issues relating to construction contracts.
* Provide estimation support to the quotation team for large network projects.
* Develop and manage a standardised suite of reports.
* Coordinate and monitor cost engineering activities.
* Support Project Delivery Leads in developing Control Budgets / Costs / Forecasts.
* Assist with development of pricing quotations for network connections.
Key Qualifications
A Quantity surveying qualification and 5+ years of experience working with project management, project controls, cost, scheduling, budget analysis, contract administration and change control estimating are required.
