Our talented team is driving innovation in power distribution-and now we're looking for a Power Electronics Design Engineer to join us in shaping the next generation of advanced UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems. What You'll Do As a Power Electronics Design Engineer, you'll work at the forefront of energy-efficient technology and product innovation. You'll play a hands-on role in the full product lifecycle-from concept to delivery-developing cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards in quality, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop UPS subsystems and components that meet stringent technical, EMC/EMI, and regulatory standards. Create and troubleshoot PCB designs for power electronic systems. Analyze and optimize the performance of electronic subsystems and components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (embedded, mechanical, test engineers) to define requirements and ensure seamless product integration. Investigate and implement improvements in existing designs and processes. Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation. Prepare engineering documentation and technical reports. Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met. What We're Looking For: Required: Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics. Deep understanding of power converter topologies, circuit design, and semiconductor devices. Preferred: Hands-on experience in PCB design and layout. Knowledge of EMC-compliant design practices. Experience developing UPS systems or power modules is a strong advantage. Analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and strong problem-solving skills.
