Job Title: Social Care Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with on call.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two residential services supporting young people, based in Greystones, Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on current legislation, best practice and individual circumstances.

Requirements:
* Qualifications:
o QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent
o A management qualification in Health/Social Care or be in the process of obtaining this qualification
* Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management capacity
* Skills:
o An ability to assess situations and act appropriately and use analytical and problem-solving processes that best meet the needs of the service and those we support
o A strong knowledge of the HIQA regulations and standards and all relevant legislation
o Experience in strategic and local change management
