Hotel Operations Manager
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel, working closely with managers and department heads to drive sales and improve guest experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations
* Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase revenue
* Work with the team to achieve set objectives and targets
* Contribute to the health and safety agenda
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
