Company Secretarial Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the company secretarial team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Board and senior management.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling board meetings, preparing detailed agendas, and circulating invitations to attendees. You will also be responsible for preparing minutes for approval by Directors/Chair and following up on action points arising from meetings.
In addition to these duties, you will assist with the maintenance of statutory registers, minute books, and corporate information for entities using Diligent Entities. You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of statutory filings within required timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the management of a sophisticated corporate governance structure
• Schedule board meetings and prepare detailed agendas

Requirements:
• 6 months+ company secretarial experience
• Strong minute-taking and organisational skills
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Diligent or another entity management system
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Working Environment:
This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland and will involve working closely with the senior management team and the company secretary.
