The primary goal is to ensure that the CRM solution aligns with the company's overall strategy, processes, and goals.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for the CRM solution.

3. Configure CRM modules entities dashboards reports ensuring high-quality delivery training materials develop user workshops support adoption change management define execute test plans including system user acceptance testing resolving functional issues contribute project planning delivery Agile Waterfall Hybrid methodologies advise clients on enhancements best practices leveraging new features industry trends provide post-implementation support
