We are now seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Managed Print Services to lead our sales strategy, drive growth, and strengthen IPSL's position as a leading MPS provider in Ireland.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a sales team to consistently exceed performance targets.
Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to expand IPSL's market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SME clients.
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that optimise workflows and reduce costs.
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Represent IPSL at industry events and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings:
A proven track record in Managed Print Services sales (minimum 5 years at senior level).
Demonstrated success in leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
Strong knowledge of MPS technologies, solutions, and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership.
