We are recruiting an experienced ResidentialSite Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality housing and apartment developments across Dublin. You will manage all on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive the project to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on residential projects. Supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure all works are completed to specification, programme, and quality standards. Implement and enforce Health & Safety procedures across the site. Conduct daily inspections and proactively resolve issues. Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives. Oversee snagging, finishing, and handover processes. Manage site documentation, including reports, permits, and safety records. Plan and coordinate material deliveries and site logistics. Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates. Requirements 5+ years experience as a Site Manager onresidential developments (housing or apartments). Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
