About the Role

This is a strategic in-house legal position with an international scope. You will act as a key advisor to senior management on various corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities include supporting senior management across legal areas such as corporate governance, competition law, construction law, procurement, and compliance. You will also advise on corporate structuring, governance, regulatory licensing, and entity management.

Additionally, you will provide legal input on tender reviews, contract negotiation, and bespoke commercial agreements. You will work closely with business teams, external counsel, and international stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years of PQE experience. Strong corporate law background is essential, with previous in-house experience and/or experience in the infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors being advantageous.

Familiarity with insurance or procurement frameworks is a plus. The ability to communicate complex legal advice clearly to non-legal stakeholders is crucial.
